Welcome to Country Canines. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, services and bookings for mobile dog grooming provided by Country Canines. By accessing this website and/or booking a service with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About Us

Country Canines provides mobile dog grooming services throughout specified areas of Bedfordshire and surrounding locations. Services include full grooming, bath & brush, wash & go, puppy grooming, teeth scaling, and add-on pamper treatments.

2. Definitions

• “Client”, “you” or “your” means the person booking services for their pet.

• “Service(s)” refers to the dog grooming services offered by Country Canines.

• “Booking” means any confirmed grooming appointment booked through our website, email, phone, or third-party booking platform.

3. Bookings and Payments

3.1 All bookings are subject to availability.

3.2 Prices are as listed on our website at the time of booking. We reserve the right to amend prices without prior notice.

3.3 Payment is due in full at the time of booking or as otherwise specified on your invoice or booking confirmation.

3.4 We accept payment by the methods specified during the booking process.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

4.1 If you wish to cancel or reschedule a booking, you must contact us as soon as possible.

4.2 Cancellation charges may apply if a booking is cancelled within a short period before the scheduled appointment (as notified when booking).

4.3 Any deposits paid may be non-refundable if cancellation is within the defined cancellation period.

5. Grooming and Pet Health

5.1 You must provide accurate information about your dog’s health, behaviour and vaccination status before the appointment.

5.2 If we reasonably believe that your dog poses a risk to itself or others, we reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service on that occasion.

5.3 You confirm that your dog is up-to-date with vaccinations and free from contagious conditions at the time of grooming.

5.4 You agree to inform us of any existing skin, coat, ear, nail or other health issues that could affect grooming.

6. Liability

6.1 Country Canines will exercise all reasonable care during grooming, but we cannot accept responsibility for unforeseen reactions, illness, injury or behaviour that may occur during or after grooming.

6.2 You agree that Country Canines shall not be liable for any indirect, special or consequential loss arising from the services provided.

6.3 Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

7. Personal Information and Privacy

7.1 By using our services, you consent to us collecting and using your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7.2 We will take reasonable steps to protect your information and will not share it with unaffiliated third parties without consent, except where required by law.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos and images, is the property of Country Canines or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
